Whether you are new to my blog, or you've checked a couple of budget-friendly guides in the past, you should know that I am a big fan of SkyScanner. A simple user interface which allows the comparison of hundreds of airlines across hundreds of travel websites, Skyscanner allows you to find THE CHEAPEST price for your flights. Better yet, if you're feeling abit of cabin fever but just can't decide where to escape Skyscanner also has a feature which allows you to compare the cheapest flights across multiple destinations within your specified dates, providing you some inspiration while saving you some money. With that being said, I thought I'd give everyone a little money-saving insight; as SkyScanner will be dedicating the whole weekend from the 23rd of November to providing discounts on flights from the UK to USA, Southeast Asia and mainland Europe - if you were waiting to book some pricey flights, those dates might be the best time to look! Use our link below and let me know in the comments if you found any good deals and good luck with your Black Friday shopping!

Fear not. Whether you're jetting to Japan or cruising to Cuba, our 101 guide tells you exactly which essentials make the cut, just remember - if your luggage gets lost on the way, this list will save you till help is at hand.

Whilst hotels in the city centre can be extortionate (although there are many great cheaper hostels), the public transport system allows you to stay a little out of the hustle and bustle of the Danube, whilst only being a few minutes metro journey away. Read our guide to using this fantastic Metro system!
If it’s tripping to Thailand or visiting Vietnam, no wants to get ripped off. They may be basic, but I have some easy guidelines to getting the most for your money. Whenever I’m booking my next trip it’ll always be on a budget, so I follow these tips to get the best deal.
